Lavi looks at her, surprised. The urge to give the girl a hug is rising, but he decides to lay low in case Komui is near them. “Thanks, Lenalee. You’re the best!”
She smiles at him, glad to have been able to make him feel better. Suddenly, she remembers the small package in her pocket and pulls it out.
“Oh, this is from Bookman. He dropped it off before he left.”
